The influential Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce website has reported the latest success by leading workplace design specialists, Space Solutions.

After clinching a deal with the giant commmerical landlord Mapeley Estates – which has a portfolio valued at more than £2 billion – the Aberdeen-based firm is hopeful of continued growth.

Space Solutions is one of five firms on the Architects Framework – and the sole provider for all Scottish refurbishment work.

It is Scotland’s biggest independent expert in helping businesses manage changes within the workplace, operating UK-wide to design, build, fit out, refurbish and relocate modern and productive business environments.

The company, which completed a management buy-out in July 2007, recently announced record turnover of £12.8 million in its last annual returns (for year end to 30 June).
