Chafing PR yarn leaves NKD Clothing well chuffed

on behalf of NKD Clothing
Clothing stories always allow newspapers to have some good puns and when the Edinburgh PR team at Holyrood Partnership heard from their client NKD Clothing that their clothing is tested to the equivalent of 40,000 thigh rubs, it was their hands which rubbed together with glee at the thought of getting such a good and quirky story out there.
The silky tale, which was picked up by The Scotsman, tells how most clothing companies only test their fabrics to 16-20,000 rubs, but NKD Clothing materials are durable for up to 40,000 rubs which helps staff to stay presentable to the consumer/client longer. It also means companies don’t have to spend money as often on buying new uniforms for staff – an important item to consider when in a recession and every penny matters.
It’s also the sort of positive PR that can lead to companies getting in touch with NKD Clothing to see if they can pull together a proposal for outfitting their staff which if nothing else shows that good PR is tailored towards getting results and increased business towards companies.
