on behalf of Bupa Care Services
A Glasgow care home pulled out all the stops for its residents this Christmas after organising a luxury limousine tour of the city – thanks to a generous donation from the local Co-op.
Craigbank Care Home also chauffeured residents to Glasgow’s George Square for an exclusive tour of its Christmas display.
Alan Twigg, Home Manager at Bupa’s Craigbank Care Home, said: “At the home we like to pull out all the stops to think of creative ways to keep residents socially active.
“Everyone agreed that the limousine would be a fantastic way to give residents a great Christmas surprise, and thanks to the Co-op this became a reality.
“When we told the residents they were ecstatic – they all had a fantastic time.”
