Property PR reeled in coverage for CALA’s latest launch
By Kitti Laczko
A MODERN reimagining of a city townhouse in one of Edinburgh’s most sought-after locations launched onto the market this summer.
With some clever Property PR, we helped CALA Homes (East) launch their latest three storey The Brae townhouse at its Waterfront Plaza development in Leith.
The Brae townhouse was made available for virtual guided tours and remote reservations in June, and we wanted to make sure the public knew about the latest addition to one of CALA’s most popular Edinburgh developments.
We achieved the following results:
- 13 pieces of coverage creating more than 533,000 opportunities to see
- Local and regional coverage in Edinburgh Reporter, Edinburgh Evening News
- National coverage in The Sunday Mail, The Scotsman, and Deadline News
- Specialist coverage in Scottish Construction Now and Project Scotland.
You can read the press release in full here.
CALA Homes (East) utilises professional Property PR to help sustain its hard-earned reputation, retain positive and progressive relationships with its stakeholders and reach out to new audiences to grow their prospective client base.
