The residents of a CALA Homes development came out to show that community spirit still exists, as residents and friends come together for an afternoon fun and games.  Over 150 neighbours of all generations came together at the Larkfield Estate in Eskbank, Dalkieth.

The event that had been organised by members of the Larkfield Estate Owner’s Association made up of a whopping 44 out of 49 houses in the development was a great success, raising over £680 for a charity close to the heart of the community.

The festivities included a bouncy castle, games, races and face painting, ensuring fun for all ages.  A number of food stalls were present to ensure everyone could refuel after a long afternoon of games!  CALA Homes, the UK’s most upmarket major homebuilder, is headquartered in Scotland and employs more than 600 people.

The event attracted the attention of the press, including The Sunday Post, who reported on the community spirit and the number of future events being planned by the local residents.

This latest media triumph reflects the ongoing work from the award-winning team at Holyrood PR – and their dedication to telling the stories that are at the heart of every business.
