An upmarket homebuilder has officially launched its exclusive location-inspired showhomes at its newest coastal hotspot, situated at the foot of the breath-taking North Berwick Law.
CALA Homes (East) has opened the two luxurious showhomes at its Law Gardens development and VIP guests North Berwick Mini Rugby Club, for which CALA provides sponsorship, did the honour of cutting the ribbon.
The two specially designed showhomes – a Kennedy and a Garvie – reflect all that this family friendly development has to offer, with spacious private gardens, ensuite bathrooms and generous built-in storage.
Interior designers, Luma Interiors, were tasked with bringing the two charming five bedroom showhomes to life. Joanne McDonald from Luma said she was inspired by the development’s seaside town setting, and wanted the properties to reflect the beautiful beach, harbour and countryside.
Joanne said: “The Kennedy showhome has a lovely palette of strong blues, aquas and greens and I have used driftwood and linen textures complemented with coastal artwork and photography.
“The living room is a sophisticated scheme with strong blue and turquoise accents and the master bedroom has calm shades of greens with elegant distressed wood furniture to give the feel of a relaxing haven.
“The Garvie showhome also takes you straight to the beach – think ‘summer holiday’ and you’re there. It’s bright and breezy throughout, in everything from the seaside inspired photography to the knitted seagull family.
“I’ve used a palette of turquoise, pinks and yellows to bring sunshine to this family home. My favourite room is the fantastic family room/dining kitchen – it is filled with light and the colours used makes it a lovely, fun setting for family life.”
Situated off Haddington Road, the overall development offers a range of three, four and five bedroom homes from CALA’s award winning Signature Range and the option of detached, semi-detached or terraced living.
Law Gardens is also conveniently located for access to good local schooling for all ages – including North Berwick High School, which has been recognised as one of the top performing state schools in Scotland. The town also boasts many close-by amenities including award-winning eateries, pubs, shops and leisure facilities and has plenty to offer outdoor adventurers with its award winning beaches and first class golf courses.
Stala Thomson, Sales Manager with CALA Homes (East), said: “We are very excited to have launched our showhomes at Law Gardens and we’d like to thank North Berwick Mini Rugby team for doing the honours at the ribbon cutting as our VIP guests.
“We have already received a high amount of interest at Law Gardens, and the demand we’ve seen is testament to the combination of our high quality homes – which is truly showcased by the Kennedy and Garvie showhomes – matched by an area renowned for its high quality of life.
“North Berwick is often regarded as the ‘jewel in East Lothian’s crown’. It’s a tranquil town brimming with charm, yet is still just a short journey to the capital, allowing city commuters to truly enjoy the best of both worlds.
“I would encourage anyone seeking the enviable location and lifestyle on offer here to get in touch as soon as possible to register their interest, as we expect this to grow significantly with the opening of these brand new showhomes.”
Prices for the first phase of the development start at £420,000, with CALA’s hassle free 100% Part Exchange service also currently available.
The showhomes at Law Gardens are open daily, 11am – 5.30pm. Viewings can be booked through CALA on 01324 442 605 or visit https://www.cala.co.uk/homes-for-sale/east-of-scotland/law-gardens to find out more and register interest.
