CALA Homes Opens Doors To Exclusive Currie Showhomes

CALA Homes (East) has officially launched its exclusive location-inspired showhomes at its newest Currie hotspot, Kinleith Mill, introducing the brand new, unique properties on to the market.

VIP guest, Councillor Ricky Henderson, did the honour of cutting the ribbon alongside players from Currie Football Club, for which CALA provide sponsorship, declaring the one-of-a-kind showhomes officially open and encouraging house hunters seeking a luxury lifestyle to come along for an exclusive first look.

My favourite feature is the stylish wing chair in yellow that forms the main focal point of the living room.

“The Charles living room is a sanctuary – teaming tranquil blues with natural chunky oaks and other natural textures. A touch of sheepskin further adds to the luxury, relaxation and comfort. A room I particularly like is the study with its large scale floral wallpaper and lovely sofa and soft furnishings – a space to really enjoy working from home.

“Both house styles have large open hall and family areas which create a fantastic sense of space and light which I have complemented with light, bright wallpapers, fabrics and artwork.”

Paying homage to its historical past, the design concept of the Kinleith Mill development takes inspiration from the traditional mill style buildings that originally occupied the land, with its red brick and iron railing architectural design giving it a real sense of character and place.
