CALA coverage has been unstoppable this month, with the UK’s most upmarket home builder taking up residency in most of Scotland’s national publications.
The coverage success for CALA saw the luxury property developers land seven national press features in just under two days.
Firstly, Livingston’s Murieston Gait development secured a half page feature in The Herald Scotland’s Home supplement, and a further feature on Scotland’s Homes Online. Both features showcased the development as the perfect choice for potential buyers who want to land their dream property, without having to pay the city price tag.
Next up, Trinity Park’s Cumberland showhome also secured a full page feature as part of a double page for the
Herald’s prestigious “Luxury Property” supplement – pitting the contemporary interiors of the home against more traditional designs, showing the versatility of CALA properties.
The Cumberland showhome, at Trinity Park, also landed a feature in this months edition of Edinburgh Life, perfect for targeting local house hunters looking for their dream home.
Lastly, CALA’s St Mary’s development in Perth, scored a half page in prestigious paper
The Press and Journal. The newspaper has a circulation of around
65,000 copies making it the most-read broadsheet newspaper in Scotland reaching even more possible buyers.
St Mary’s in Perth also landed a fantastic feature in the
Scottish Daily Express, attracting a huge readership to the development and positioning Kinnoull Hill as a new hotspot, surrounded by the beautiful backdrop of the award-winning Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park.
The development offers a selection of four and five bedroom detached properties from the award-winning Signature Range, with prices starting from £445,000.
This coverage was achieved as part of a long-standing campaign with
CALA Homes – reflecting the ongoing work of the team at Holyrood and their dedication to finding stories at the heart of every business.
