on behalf of CALA Homes
CALA Homes (East) is celebrating the success of its award winning “Raspberry Ripple” themed show home in East Lothian with an ice-cream giveaway.
A traditional ice-cream cart will provide sweet treats to house hunters visiting the Gilsland Grange development, in North Berwick, taking place on Saturday 16th of August between 2pm and 5pm.
The ice cream inspired show home at Gilsland Grange was recently named Scotland’s Showhome of the Year prompting the thrilled team at CALA to celebrate its sweet success with the public while also encouraging viewers along to view its last remaining homes.
Sarah Stanger, Sales and Marketing Director at CALA Homes (East) said: “We were delighted when we won the Showhome of the Year and couldn’t wait to celebrate with everyone.
“To mark the success of our “Raspberry Ripple” show home we will be dishing out ice-creams to everyone throughout the afternoon.
“We thought the ice cream giveaway was a fitting homage to the seaside theme of our properties, inspired by the beautiful surroundings that North Berwick has to offer.”
Just six homes remain at the sought after development, made up of a mix of roomy five bedroom family homes.
Having already attracted buyers from Edinburgh and beyond, with many lured to the town by the quality of life, unspoilt coastline, top notch schools and excellent commuter links to Edinburgh, just 25 miles away, the remaining plots are not expected to be available for long.
Sarah added: “The development has been a fantastic success and with only six plots remaining now really is the last chance for interested buyers to come along and see our homes.
“Interest in the final few homes has been high so. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about moving to the area to come and talk to us now before it’s too late.”
A major feature of the properties is the gardens, with views to the famous hill, North Berwick Law, which looms over the seaside town. The showhome garden also comes with its own putting green, paying tribute to the legendary Links golfing heritage of East Lothian, which makes it a magnet for players from all over the world.
The final properties are available from £565,000. For more information about Gilsland Grange visit http://www.cala.co.uk/homes/development/Gilsland_Grange/.
Offering a selection of four and five bedroom detached properties, as well as three bedroom terraced homes from CALA’s award winning signature range.
The development is set to launch this summer, with the initial phase of homes available for sale from Gilsland Grange, interested buyers are encouraged to register their interest now by accessing http://www.cala.co.uk/homes/development/Priory_Meadow/Overview.aspx.
