CALA Homes (East) is celebrating the success its newest development in Ratho by hosting an exclusive Incentive Weekend for homebuyers this weekend, 12th and 13th December.
The Craigpark development, which has seen over 50% of its first release of homes snapped up within weeks of opening and features a stunning show village comprising three varied showhomes, will offer a range of incentives on selected homes for those looking to purchase a house ready to move straight into.
The limited offers available at the Incentive Weekend will include a 100% fuss free Part Exchange service or a possible contribution to LBTT, with flooring and turf also available at Plot 19, a stunning five bedroom detached home. In addition, for reservations made over the weekend, the required £1000 reservation fee will be paid. A professional sales team will also be available throughout the weekend to offer advice, answer questions and see what they can do to help to those looking to make their next move.
The development sits on the edge of a former quarry boasting spectacular views across the iconic Firth of Forth and into Fife, which can only truly be appreciated in person.
While its idyllic woodland setting offers peace and tranquillity, it is still close at hand for excellent schooling, amenities, walkways, cycle paths and also the Edinburgh International Climbing Centre which is almost on its doorstep. Local facilities also include the award winning bistro The Bridge Inn where you can enjoy a family meal, and a brand new marina; all just a ten minute walk from the development.
Moreover, Ratho is also known for being one of the best connected villages in Scotland, sitting on the west edge of Edinburgh just minutes away from the M8 and M9. A further testament to its location is the short eight minute drive to Edinburgh Airport, perfect for high flyers in the business world or jet setting holiday lovers.
Sarah Stanger, Sales and Marketing Director for CALA Homes (East), believes Ratho is fast becoming a rural hotspot and says a trip to the development is well worth it for the view alone.
She said: “With Christmas just around the corner, we thought we would get into the festive spirit and treat homebuyers to an exclusive Incentive Weekend.
“We want homebuyers to open up and feel comfortable to ask any questions they might have as well as receive the advice they may be looking for to ensure they find the perfect home, which is why a professional sales team will be available all weekend.
“Craigpark is the perfect choice for those who are working in the centre of the capital during the day, but who wish to exchange this for a sense of tranquillity in which they can enjoy family life outdoors in the evenings and on weekends.
“Ratho is a fantastically positioned suburb with everything a home owner needs, but it’s the lifestyle and views that really separate it from the rest, with Craigpark offering instant access to stunning scenery and fabulous walks.
“And with these amazing offers available this weekend, there will never be a better time to secure your new home at this stunning development.”
Each of CALA’s Craigpark properties have been designed with flexible family living in mind, and include spacious open plan kitchen / family areas, stunning formal lounges and generous bedrooms many with en-suite bathrooms and built in wardrobes, with the first residents set to move in from January 2016.
Craigpark’s Show Village, consisting of the Garvie, Melville and Elliot showhomes, is open daily from 11am to 5.30pm.
