Busy and Muddy Week For This PR agency in Edinburgh

We did it! We may have been muddy enough to turn a pig green with envy – and a little pained the following Sunday, but the Holyrood PR Warriors made it after months of gruelling preparation.

Our Total PR Warriors, took to the 12km cross country race; over coming pits of thick mud, fire jumps, and endless climbs.

Yes, we completed the 12k Total Warrior challenge, which took place at Balgone Estate in North Berwick last Saturday, crossing the line with a full team of six in 1 hour 46 minutes.

As you may know by now – the reason we took on the frankly insane challenge was for an especially good cause. And we look set to break the thousand pound mark this week and would like to thank all of those who gave so generously for the cause.

Have a gander at the video here – taken from the SSC Struan summer camp – to see how the kind donations will be giving disadvantaged kids the opportunity to enjoy the summer of their lives.

First up in our coverage round up this week is an impressive haul of coverage for legal client Gilson Gray.

GG Sign

Following on from a highly impressive first year trading, Gilson Gray swooped in to secure the services of the entire Commercial Dispute Resolution Team from Morisons Solicitors.

The business coverage so far has been staggering, with in-depth articles in both the Herald and the Scotsman. Appearing in print and online in two of Scotland’s most respected sources of business news is a real boon for the Edinburgh and Glasgow based firm.

The Journal of the Law Society of Scotland, Scottish Legal News, Daily Business Group and the Daily Record online all ran hugely positive features ensuring the Scottish business and legal communities are well informed of the success of the ambitious young business.

And while we got well acquainted with the environment at the Total Warrior course, our very responsible client Eagle Couriers was doing its bit to drive down emissions.

Taking part in a multi-council backed initiative called ECO-Sense, Eagle Couriers became the first
Scottish firm of its type to be awarded the full five-star accreditation.

We were able to segment the media, landing positive media coverage in the Edinburgh Evening News, The Evening Times in Glasgow and the Airdrie and Coatbridge Advertiser.
This ensured that Eagle Couriers success was recognised across a geographically diverse local media. Check out this blog (Local and Loving it) to see why we value local media so highly.
