A warning from Edinburgh’s leading letting agent to landlords over the state of their properties has been featured in The Herald’s property supplement.
Braemore Property Management made the call earlier this month and warned landlords to do their homework and ensure their properties are up to scratch before putting them on the rental market.
The warning was intended to be read by “reluctant landlords” – people who have moved home and have turned to the rental market after failing to sell their original property – who have recently entered Edinburgh’s lettings sector en-masse due to the credit crunch.
