Fraser Suites Edinburgh conciergeKilted concierge Rudy Crane regularly attracts admiring glances – now he is also earning admiring headlines for Fraser Suites in Edinburgh

The multilingual front of house man at the elegant Edinburgh venue is renowned for his friendly service and is particularly popular with female guests.

After learning his trage in France, California and New Zealand, he is determined to bring a different touch to concierge services.

Now he has features in the influently Scottish weekly paper, Business 7, after telling the enterprise title: “For me the most important thing about being a concierge is getting to know your guests.

“If you don’t do that, how can you hope to give them the best advice about what in Edinburgh will really appeal to them.”

Fraser Suites is a 75 room boutique hotel in a gloriously restored Old Town building in the heart of Edinburgh’s World Heritage Site.

The hotel enjoys a positive reputation thanks to a partnership with PR experts Holyrood Partnership, public relations Scotland, specialising in hotel, leisure and hospitality PR.
