Blackwood’s HQ testers which featured in our story has been a double hit appearing in both the Edinburgh Evening News and Edinburgh Now.

The two papers told our story of how Blackwood wanted to test the facilities of their potential new head quarters by getting their very own tenants to try them out.

Wheelchair users Maggie Killin and Lizanne Burton were chosen to test the properties in order to make sure it was suitable for all of Blackwood’s client needs.

Edinburgh Evening News, which has around 32,000 readers, told how Blackwood thought that the best way to decide on its new premises was to have them tested by their own customers who would take into consideration many factors including door widths and transport access, something others may not have thought to address.
