on behalf of Blackwood
Blackwood’s investment in transforming lives and home across Perth and Kinross has proved to be a hit with local Perthshire press.
The Courier Perth Edition picked up the story regarding the housing and care specialists’ Scotland-wide adaptation programme. Blackwood are investing over £400,000 across Scotland to make vital changes to homes which will improve the quality of life for all involved. Thanks to the funding from the Scottish Government, £22,000 of this investment will be going towards the upgrades of 27 properties across the Perth and Kinross area.
Typical projects this year will include creating wet rooms, installing level access showers and fitting “rise and fall” kitchens where worktops will lower at the touch of a button.
The Courier Perth Edition featured this story in their print edition, giving positive coverage of the adaptations. The original story can be read in the press release here.
