Betty Lyons West Lothian Courier90 year old great-grandmother, Betty Lyons, of St Andrew’s Court in Uphall, has been flying into the headlines this week.

Betty, who has been a resident at Bield’s St Andrews Court for more than 10 years is a prime example that you are never too old to try new things and that those in sheltered housing can continue to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Betty’s exhilarating experience has featured in the West Lothian Courier, The Sun, The Edinburgh Evening News, The Daily Express, The Daily Star, The Express Online and Care ChoicesBetty Lyons EEN online
