Bield looks to the future with four Senior Management appointments
WHILE the last few months may have stalled business growth for some, housing and care provider Bield has been busy developing a strong Senior Management Team with four new appointments of industry experts.
Dr Lesley Holdsworth, who has acted as Vice-Chair of the organisation since 2015, was appointed as new Chair to the Board of Management in April. This announcement was followed by Paula Rice’s appointment as Director of Finance and Resources in May, and Diana MacLean and Iain Baxter’s appointments as Director of Customer Experience and Digital Project Lead in July.
Holyrood PR shared the news with our contacts across regional, local and industry media to ensure news of the merger was widespread. Highlights included:
- Appearances in at least four regional and specialist publications including the Scottish Housing News, Housing Scotland Today and Scottish Financial News.
- Local and regional coverage in the Edinburgh Evening News, The Edinburgh Reporter and Deadline News.
- A total of 160,839 opportunities to see.
The new members of the board, who combine decades of knowledge and experience across a range of sectors, play an important role in positioning Bield at the forefront of the care industry as it continue to thrive and improve the lives of many older people across Scotland.
Targeting regional, local and trade coverage helps Bield nurture and maintain its important links with local communities across Scotland, enhancing the organisation’s reputation as a leader and innovator– attributes which are needed now more than ever as Scotland’s businesses weather the effects of COVID-19.
