Citylets was featured on the popular news site after revealing its latest quarterly data report stats, which showed that the rental market was continuing to thrive in Scotland.
The report, which covered the period from April-June 2010, showed that the average rent level in Scotland has risen, while properties were taking less time to let than the year before. Citylets’ analysts believe this is because many would-be first time buyers are currently unable to buy a property of their own, and are having to stay in the rental sector until the economic conditions improve.
