News of a big contract with the Hamilton based Renewables Firm gets the headlines spinning, helped along by our Edinburgh PR Agency

Edinburgh Industry PhotographyThe onshore wind industry is facing challenging times due to Westminster led cutbacks, however our busy renewables client has been able to enjoy positive press coverage at this important time.

We were able to achieve cross-industry positive coverage for1 DEC EDIT Hamilton based Banks Renewables, which is now developing two consented and hugely exciting wind farm projects which happen to be situated in its own back yard of South

It has now appointed Engineering consultants Grontmij to oversee much of the important site investigation work at both Kype Muir and Middle Muir wind farms, due to the firms close ties to the area
and agreements to prioritise local firms wherever possible for subcontracting.

To ensure this positive story of two windfarms, which are set to have such a positive impact thanks to Banks’ innovative Connect2Renewables charter, got the very maximum press coverage, we helped Banks arrange a professional photoshoot alongside local firm Raeburn Drilling & Geotechnical, which itself is set to play a key role in the building of both sites.

1 DEC Renews.bizWe were then able to provide added value to Banks, using the single photoshoot to support two positive, high impact press releases.

The story did particularly well,  hitting an important business audience on the Scottish Business News Network. It also featured on the key online UK renewables news-service, ReNews.

Both these items of coverage ensure a wide range of influential people will get the opportunity to learn about the important work of Banks 1 DEC EDITRenewables. The business coverage will reach an ABC1 Demographic, whereas a positive industry reputation will help the firm recruit top talent and investment.

The Grontmij contract also made a big impression with construction titles, including the likes of BuildScotland, ScottishConstructionNow and the ConstructionIndex, to name just a few.

Once again this highlights the strength of the Renewables firm and carries important key messages across to a wider audience.
