Q. What do you enjoy most about your job?
Writing. Even though it is different from the magazine I still really enjoy it.
There is a variety of clients and I’ve found myself learning about topics I never thought I would.
Q. What do you enjoy most when you’re not in the office?
Binge watching telly. Mainly American comedies so things like It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Parks and Recreation and the American Office.
Q. Tell us something not many people know about you.
I played the cello in the East Lothian String Orchestra.
Q. What would you define as the highlight of your career so far?
It would be heading up the Scottish Field Whisky Challenge and launching its Gin Challenge.
I was also part of the team that won a PPA Award for the Scottish Rural Awards.
Q. If you were able to read one newspaper for the rest of your life, what would it be?
If it was just for the news it would probably be The Guardian.
If it was for general lifestyle it would be Women’s Health as I’m trying to get into fitness.
Q. When the office tea-round comes around, what is your drink of choice?
Tea – two sugars and very milky. I’m sweet like that.
Q. And outside of work?
If I’m going out with friends I opt for a latte.
If it’s for a night out it would have to be prosecco (mixed with lots of others).
Q. You have one superpower, which superpower do you have, and how do you use it?
It would be the power to be an Instagram filter on life. I would always be selfie ready with Valencia.
