Legal Dispute Specialist enjoys successful PR in Scotland
Founder of Edinburgh law firm, ADLP, has featured in the Lawyer Monthly after reporting a rise in court actions.
Alistair Dean has observed a significant rise in court actions since the recession which is driving up the demand for affordable legal trouble shooters adept at deal making.
Alistair, who is renowned for his expertise in handling contractual disputes and negligence claims, often within the construction sector, says work in that arena has remained steady, despite, or possibly because of, the economic downturn.
However, he’s seen non-construction work grow significantly at his practice in Melville Street, Edinburgh, prompting his expansion and what he believes is a renaissance for deal making.
He said: “We have to be flexible, we have to be affordable and we have to be accessible. There is definitely a comeback for the art of dealmaking at a financial and business level which may have been neglected when cash was more readily obtainable.
The article can be read on the Lawyer Monthly website and was achieved on behalf of ADLP thanks to the PR Scotland expertise of Holyrood Partnership.
