A popular Scottish Wine Importer and Distributor have secured a contract with a top UK Chain Hotel, gaining PR Scotland.

The firm, based in Beith has singed the deal with Apex Hotels allowing them to distribute wine lists for each of its premises in Scotland.

The collection will include almost 20 wines by the glass alongside champagnes, sparkling wines and other bottles from around the world.

Alliance are passionate about wine and the business so the new deal will give them and Apex the chance to offer clients the chance to sample wines that are at the same standards they would find in any wine bar.

Alliance was featured in the Eat Out Magazine online and Miriam Spiers, Sales Director said: “In this climate, wine distributors have to work much harder to support their clients.

“Selling good quality wines is simply not enough – they have to become a true business partner.”

Apex have five hotels across Scotland and each one will have a different wine list in order to meet the specific market and needs. 

Alliance will provide regular staff training and wine and food sessions for staff.
