Warners Solicitors and Estate Agents have been the number one performing company by both property listings and sales for 12 consecutive years in the ESPC.

Now the company has hired the services of ShootHome.com to help further promote properties in an increasingly competitive market.

Scott Brown, estate agency partner with the law firm, told the newspaper: “The property market is changing all the time, so it is is important to remain one step ahead at all times.”

The filming company shoot US-style, high quality walk through videos of properties using the same hi-tech equipment favoured by Hollywood director.

The resulting videos can be easily viewed online, to help reach a much bigger potential market – including those who might be unable to visit a property in person.
