Musselburgh’s The Wireworks contends for two top honours at Scottish Home Awards
AN INDEPENDENT housebuilder has been nominated at a prestigious property award ceremony taking place in Glasgow next month.
Shortlisted in both the ‘Apartment Development of the Year (Private Sale)’ and ‘Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale)’ categories at the Scottish Home Awards 2025, Dundas’ ‘The Wireworks’ hopes to scoop up two of the top prizes.
The Wireworks is a £35 million development of the former Brunton Wireworks site in the Honest Toun.
The site brings to the market a range of high-spec one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and a selection of stylish penthouses to Musselburgh.
