TV star presents coveted awards to winners of design challenge with the help of our Scottish PR agency

WINNERS shine bright in a collection of Scottish PR photographs after renowned TV presenter crowned them for their victory in a challenge that will inform the design of a new £28 million complex-needs facility in Perth.

Capability Scotland, the charity behind the new facility dubbed ‘Our Inclusive Community Project’, partnered with MOBIE (Ministry of Building Innovation and Education) – founded by George Clarke – to encourage co-production and influence the creation of the nationally significant development.

After a pool of 23 submissions from school pupils, customers and stakeholders were carefully reviewed by a panel of judges, category winners were revealed. In an award ceremony, head judge George Clarke announced the joint winners of the design challenge, both local high school students.

The winners were presented with unique trophies handmade by some of the customers who will be benefitting from the new facility, as well as tech vouchers and an opportunity to gain work experience with project architects, Anderson, Bell + Christie.

To illustrate the success, high quality visuals were required to capture the essence of the ceremony. Our team coordinated PR photography which delivered on producing terrific photographs of George Clarke presenting the coveted awards to the winners.

The images spoke volumes, bringing together different demographics and communities for one unified goal – to create an exemplar care facility for some of the country’s most vulnerable people.

The PR photography contributed to the story achieving widespread media coverage in outlets such as the Daily Record. The photos were also shared on George Clarke’s Instagram page.
