Meanskirk homes build up media attention for Dundas Estates

Dundas Estates Media Coverage

The homebuilders lay foundations for more brand awareness through renovation builds in Newton Mearns using community feedback

The site of former Meanskirk house has plans to be revitalised into luxurious detached homes optimised for the location.

The award winning home builders aim to build a collection of homes shaped by community feedback, such as the use of local materials or making sure the views are not disrupted by large builds.

The build is located conveniently, near several schools and it’s a 15 minute walk to the town centre and only a 20 minute train ride into Glasgow.  The housing developers at Dundas made sure to keep the Peter Pan statue (made for the former hospital) safe and intact for re-location near the town itself.

Our Holyrood PR team of experts spoke with the Land and Development manager at Dundas, Mike Andrews, who reinforced the importance of the community feedback on the project.

The team at Holyrood PR saw this story and knew it was intriguing and insightful into the company. We thought it was a great opportunity to spread the word about the beautiful homes that will begin building in early 2023.

The media seemed to agree with us:
