A Judy Murray backed initiative which aims to eradicate tennis' elitist status by providing coaching to children has been giving a helping hand thanks to a £1000 donation from CALA homes. Perth based Scottish Tennis Holidays offer coaching, equipment and scholarships to youngsters and also aims to help those who may not otherwise get a chance to discover the game. The initiative, which has received a generous donation from the CALA, aims to eradicate tennis’ elitist status by offering coaching, equipment and scholarships to youngsters who may not otherwise get a chance to discover the game – something Judy Murray has given passionate public backing to.

The early coverage has included national hits on STV News, The Herald, The Courier and All Tennis Today.
