Wine Expert Explains Secrets of Success

Alliance Wine coverage highlighted by Holyrood Partnership PR in ScotlandScotland’s top wine company receives another impressive piece of PR in Scotland in a leading trade publication.

Alliance Wine was featured in the latest issue of Harpers Wine and Spirit magazine as part of a feature analysing the importance of wine qualifications.

Master of Wine Giles Cooke, who is Alliance’s marketing and buying director, told the publication that although the qualifications were beneficial it was equally important to have the right attitude when it comes to wine. He said: “(At Alliance) We value attitude over knowledge. You can have too much knowledge and not know how to apply it in sales roles.”
