Three of Panton McLeod’s employees tested their adrenaline with charity events which got their hearts pounding and praise from the water industry press.

The Institute of Water featured an article on Paul Henderson, Niall Armstrong and Paul Hogarth who collectively managed to raise of £2,000 to charities of their choice.

Over the past six months the men pushed the boundaries with an abseil down a historical monument, fighting sleep in a 24 hour archery shoot and pedalling nearly 200 miles.

The result of these physical endeavours has been a fantastic financial boost for Deaf Blind Scotland, M.S Scotland and the Bubble Foundation – a specialist unit in Newcastle for babies and children born without an immune system.

Jim W Panton, Chairman and CEO of Panton McLeod, said “Over the past few months three of our employees have set themselves personal challenges which they have overcome to raise money for charities close to their hearts.

“Each of these challenges has been both hugely physically and mentally demanding and we are incredibly proud of Niall Armstrong, Paul Hogarth and Paul Henderson for undertaking them.”
