A Capital property firm has clinched the title of Edinburgh’s number one estate agent for the 14th year in a row.
Warners has proven unbeatable once more by topping the rankings in terms of listings and sales, a record it has achieved every year since 1999, according to data held by ESPC, the Edinburgh solicitors property network.
Warners, which has four property shops in Edinburgh, had further reason to celebrate in December when it marked its 10,000th property since 2000, a combined total value of £1.5 billion.
