Victoria’s revamp gains great PR in Scotland as it begins its transformation into Azure.

Victoria’s nightclub on Glasgow’s Sauchiehall Street has begun its transformation into Azure as the 1.5 million refurb gets underway.

Victoria’s owner Wayne Gardener-Young talks about the change in this article and states: “Although the name is steeped in history, we’re keen to raise our game and we want to freshen up everything and totally transform the club’s image, and change perceptions of the venue, which means a complete revamp and rebrand is on the cards”.

The work, set to be carried out in three stages while the club stays open will see the club cater for the modern clubber, with both dancing and relaxing spaces, but holding onto Victoria’s legendary status.

With future plans to link the club with its new neighbor, a £6 million hotel opening next door, the club is set to stay a staple in the Glasgow club scene, and move right into the 21st Century.
