Margaret Falconer, head of meetings and events at Equilibrium Travel Management (EQ), revealed everything from her Lindt weakness to her biggest bugbears.

Her revelations come after a Q & A session with Event Magazine which invites interviewees to reveal all about their personal and professional lives.

She describes how her landing in the event industry came after a series of co-incidences after working in fashion before becoming involved in promotions, fashion shows, new store openings and press events.

Working for EQ since November last year, she admits she’ll give anything up for a bar of Lindt, can’t stand laziness, would swap places with Danny Boyle and holds secret an experience too embarrassing for her to repeat.

Equilibrium Travel Management was founded in May 2011 by one of the UK’s leading figures in corporate travel management, Franc Jeffrey. It aims to revolutionise the corporate travel market by offering its services on a transparent, fee based system – unique to the industry.
