A LIVINGSTON family have been so impressed by their new property that they have decided to ditch their holiday plans and instead spend the summer in their new home.
The Finlays who have recently moved into a new CALA home are swapping the Spanish shores for the prestigious Murieston Gait development, opting to enjoy the sunny season in the comfort of their plush new pad.
Grant Finlay and his wife and two children made the move to Murieston Gait in April and have been so delighted with their new 5 bedroom home that they can’t bear to part with it, not even for a fortnight.

Grant said: “The moment I walked into CALA’s Murieston Gait showhome I had goosebumps. The hairs on the back of my neck literally stood up, the property is just so breathtaking. Everything about the property leapt out to us, from the high ceilings to the state of the art kitchen and enormous garden.
“The house is so perfect we both thought, why spend money to go abroad, when our home is far nicer than any of the hotels we would be visiting?”
Grant, who works for his family’s business, Knowepark Caravans and Motorhomes in Livingtson, also praised CALA Homes for its high quality of customer service.
He added: “I have previously lived in developments made by smaller property companies, and after the move in date you can feel like you’re left to your own devices. It’s not ideal when you’ve just made such an important purchase.

“The experience with CALA however has been entirely different and they have been consistently on hand throughout the entire process. You could just click your fingers and someone would be there to help you out, nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
“The icing on the cake was the welcome pack we received when we moved in, including CALA towels, luxury branded products and manuals that explained everything we needed to know about the home.”

“To top it off the area feels so rural, surrounded by beautiful countryside so it really is the best of both worlds. The garden also has plenty of room for entertaining, so we can’t wait to get the barbeque out and invite over our family and friends to sip on cocktails throughout the summer months.”
