Skills Focus Allows Hyde Out to Seek More Coverage

Hyde Out’s recruitment drive places skills at the top of the agenda gaining some impressive PR Scotland coverage in SLTN magazine.

Hyde out SLTN A twice monthly trade magazine, which features all the latest news and views from the licensed trade sector has featured an article on Edinburgh’s newest bar offering and its search for the perfect staff.

Hyde Out is due to open early November and aims to be the hottest new style bar that Edinburgh has to offer. It will be a cool urban setting for young professionals in the Edinburgh Quay area of Edinburgh.

As part of their recruitment drive, director Rory McWhirter and General Manager Rowan Milne are offering potential staff training in a range of areas from cocktail training, brand knowledge, menu content and even chocolate tasting – a great oppurtunity.

Rowan Milne quotes in the article: “All our staff will be fully aware of the need to deliver excellent service, with extensive knowledge of the food and drink on offer. This is an exciting oppurtunity for people who enjoy bar and waiting work.”
