The Scotsman newspaper has run a story based exclusively on research complied by Edinburgh-based property database site Citylets.

Citylets quarterly report is analysed in the business-themed article which details trends in the current lending sector.

Under the heading “Lettings ‘on track for solid recovery'” the news piece states that demand has increased for rental proprties in Scotland – according to information provided by Citylets.

The reporter also adds key information about Citylets.co.uk including that the company’s quarterly report is the UK’s only detailed and independent barometer of the rental market.

Citylets is used by 200 letting agents across Scotland and helps rent thousands of properties each year.
