High Rentals for PR Scotland.

The Daily Express has revealed the west end of Edinburgh to house the most expensive rental prices thanks to data from rental portal, Citylets.

It has now knocked Aberdeen’s west end off the hotspot with the average rent for a two-bedroom home hitting £972 in the third quarter of 2012.

The average rent in Aberdeen’s west end during the same three-month period in 2012 was £949.

Dan Cookson, senior analyst with Citylets, said: “It is encouraging that we are still seeing value for money in Glasgow and other areas such as Irvine and East Kilbride.”

The full coverage appeared in the Daily Express and was secured on behalf of Citylets thanks to a PR campaign with Holyrood Partnership.
