Scotland’s Letting Leader Identifies New Trend

Citylets Increase in the number of Scots renting properties provides PR Scotland for Citylets.

Citylets operate an extremely successful letting portal that makes searching for rented properties within Scotland’s largest cities fast and simple. 

Citylets have updated their Quarterly Data Report and published new information to suggest that the demand for long-term private rental property has increased in popularity.    

Dan Cookson, a senior analyst at Citylet, is quoted in The Scotsman; “The long-term tenure patterns for the UK point to a potential re-emergence of the private rented sector as the second most popular form of tenure, overtaking social housing, within the next ten years.”
