Recipe Success for Glasshouse Head Chef

Glasshouse coverage secured by Holyrood Partnership PR in EdinburghOne of Edinburgh’s top chefs has won new PR in Edinburgh with a special recipe for the perfect crumbles.

Steven Adair, executive head chef of The Glasshouse off the Mile, was featured in the influential Edinburgh Reporter website after creating a trio of special crumble recipes.

The recipes include desserts that feature pears and plums – all designed to be the perfect winter warming puds for discerning foodies in the Capital.

They can be viewed on the Edinburgh Reporter website and were the result of a PR in Scotland campaign maintained by the Holyrood Partnership.
