Warners headlines are highlighted by Holyrood Partnership PR in ScotlandEdinburgh’s leading property solicitor Warners has received another Scottish PR boost after its innovative GPS text service was featured in the Edinburgh Evening News.

The daily newspaper reported on how Warners had introduced the new service – the first of its kind in Scotland – which uses GPS technology to give customers details of the ten nearest properties in their area.

The Warners Intelligent Property system, the first of its kind in Scotland, sends information of the nearest 10 properties centred on the exact location from where the buyer is positioned. People simply use their mobile phones to text “Warners” to the standard-rate number 84840 which is displayed on all of the firm’s For Sale boards. They then receive a text message containing a link which accesses the firm’s online database of properties.

By using the same GPS technology as found in satellite navigation equipment, the system can tell exactly where the customer is and sends them a link to a page highlighting details of the nearest 10 properties on sale through Warners – complete with a street map showing where they are.

The full coverage appeared in the Edinburgh Evening News and was the result of a dedicated media campaign by Holyrood Partnership PR in Scotland.
