PR Experts bring  a little bit of Cannes to clients

Edinburgh PR Agency roll out the red carpet for clients in weekly video

Why should the world’s A-lister’s be the only ones to be given the red carpet treatment? As filmmakers and film actors attend Cannes, PR experts from Holyrood PR in Edinburgh have been given their client’s star-studded headlines in the media worthy of the red carpet.

A literal “Picture-sque” Cottage

Pr in EdinburghTwo well-known beach-side cottages have been brought to the market by Bell Ingram. The properties located on the Isle of Tiree, were made famous by a painting by Pam Carter, one of Scotland’s most famous artists.

We were delighted by the coverage when our story landed a full page in the Press and Journal, a good spread in The Herald property supplement, Scotland’s Homes, and the much read Sunday Times Homes. The story was also a hit in local paper, The Oban Times.

High Property Sales

Warners solicitors and estate agents have wowed the media this week, after we announced that have achieved a listing to sales ratio close to 100%. In January they listed 204 properties for sale, but by March, they had sold an impressive 203 of these properties – quite incredible!

News of this star studded achievement was picked up by the Edinburgh Evening News, the Property Reporter, Property Industry Eye and in the Scottish Business News Networks.

01-MAY-Mark-Greenaway-Competition-FeatureAnd that’s not all – our Digital PR expert, Sarah, spearheaded an exclusive, mouth-watering competition across social media for Warner’s.

The competition gave entrants the chance to win a meal for two at the award-winning, Restaurant Mark Greenaway, when they requested a free pre-sale valuation with Warners.

Within the first week of the competition, we helped Warners get in front of tens of thousands of potential customers using social media channels and with the competition still going strong until the end of this month before the winner is selected, it’s likely that those numbers will keep on rising.

From Glad Rags to Gym Bags

Total Warrior Edinburgh © 2015 TOTAL WARRIOR.And finally, it’s fair to say that our team at Holyrood PR will be losing the red carpet looks this week in favour of the running trainers and old gym gear as we embark on our first training session for this year’s Total Warrior challenge in September.

The daunting 12km obstacle event includes everything from dunking in ice baths, running through fields filled with electric wires and jumping over fire. But why you may ask? Well it’s all in the name of charity.

Our chosen youthwork charity, The SSC, offers 11-18 year a brilliant summer camp experience in Scotland’s lush green countryside.

Our six strong team has signed up for a personal trainer, meaning that we have four months in which to prepare ourselves for what has been billed as one of the toughest obstacle courses around.
