Gibson Kerr headlines secured by Holyrood Partnership PR in ScotlandNew PR in Scotland for family law experts

Edinburgh family law firm Gibson Kerr has celebrated another public relations success after being featured in a leading Scottish national newspaper.

Gibson Kerr was quoted in The Scotsman after revealing an emerging trend in the family law sector – that divorces are becoming one of the hottest topics in divorce cases north of the Border.

The firm explained to the paper that, as divorces were becoming more prevalent among older people in Scotland, financial issues such as savings and pensions were becoming increasingly important in separations and divorce cases. Partner Fiona Rasmusen added that, while younger couples tended to clash over issues such as children and possessions, those in later life were more likely to discuss a suitable settlement over wealth, to ensure they would be financially comfortable after divorcing.

The full article can be viewed on The Scotsman website and was the result of a sustained PR in Scotland campaign maintained by public relations experts the Holyrood Partnership.
