Divino Enoteca gains yet more PR Scotland as it unvails it’s new list for 2011 featuring in Scottish Licence Trade News (SLTN).

Divino Enoteca has unveiled it’s new wine list for 2011, which promises to take customers on a journey through Italian wine history and diversity.

The list, which took head sommelier Sebastino Ingaliso four months to complete highlights the best of Italy’s 2000 plus grape varieties sourced from 21 regions. The list includes 200 wines and  comes with a glossary of terminology and a map is designed to give customers an insight into the development of wine through the years.

In the article Ingaliso comments on the list: “At Divino we dont want to confuse customers, instead we want to pass on our knowledge and passion about wine. Our wine list provides customers with everything they need to know about the wines we offer”

Divino Enoteca which is situated on Merchant Street is proving very popular with the edinburgh crowd and is one of the few places in the UK to stock very rare and expensive wines by the bottle and by the glass.
