Diverse land and property manager, Bell Ingram, has featured in the news across both print and online media thanks to the prestigious appointment of a new estate agent boasting 28 years of experience in the industry.
Clayton McGuiness started his career working as a Lab Technician for the Land Valuation Unit and the Land Economics Department at Paisley University. He later went on to work full time in the property industry and set about garnering experience in some of Scotland’s best known estate agency firms, including Slater, Hogg & Howison, Allen & Harris and Martin & Co.
Clayton’s new appointment will see him join the team in Oban as an Estate Agent. Joanne Stennett, Property Manager at Bell Ingram, believes that his years of experience in the property industry will only serve to benefit current and future clients of Bell Ingram.
Keen to get to grips with the new role, Clayton said of his new appointment : “The property market in Argyll has had a busy start to 2015 and I very much look forward to getting to grips with this role as 2015 progresses.”
