Thursday, July 23rd, 2015
A luxury CALA development, Dalmeny Park, has recently opened in South Queensferry and staff at CALA Homes East report that they have experienced a huge rise in interest from families wanting to purchase the new builds.
South Queensferry has recently become a hotspot location close to Edinburgh and with CALA offering a variety of incentives to home buyers. the houses have been flying off the shelves with 20 already purchased.
With the help of our award winning PR agency, Holyrood PR, the story has featured in The Scotsman’s property supplement which publishes every Wednesday and has a circulation of 27,000. Securing coverage in The Scotsman ensures that CALA homes receive clientele within their demographic.
The Herald also featured the story in their property section. The paper, with a circulation of 47,000, has a client base further afield than Edinburgh that allows for potential buyers across Scotland to see the article and enquire about the homes.
This successful coverage was achieved as part of an ongoing campaign on behalf of CALA Homes by Holyrood Partnership.
