on behalf of Citylets
Scotland’s leading lettings portal Citylets has celebrated another impressive piece of coverage in one of the country’s top national newspapers.
The Scotsman reported on how Citylets had revealed new stats showing where the 10 most expensive and least expensive areas to rent property were in Scotland.
The hotspots – which showed that Glasgow’s Park district was the top rental area in Scotland – were revealed after Citylets collated average rent levels across the country during the beginning of 2010. The lists of best and worst performing areas are now being including in Citylets’ quarterly data reports – which are the country’s only detailed and independent barometer of the rental market, based on over 50,000 annual lettings from more than 300 agents.
