Lof fired pizza wagonEdinburgh’s favourite family Italian restaurant, La Favorita, helped launch its new log-fired pizza wagon by inviting the world champion pizza acrobats to demonstrate their talents.

The duo – from the Squadra Nazionale Acrobati Pizzaioli – were invited over from Italy by La Favorita owner Tony Crolla to provide an eye-catching treat for visitors for the unveiling of his pizza wagon at the Taste Festival in Edinburgh.

Tony turned to public relations experts Holyrood Partnership to produce a PR video of the event. It was the second time the renowned restaurant owner has used Holyrood Partnership’s innovative video PR services to help highlight his business success.

Previously the Holyrood Partnership PR video team captured footage of the successful Kids Eat For £1 deal involving TV/radio presenter Grant Stott.

The specially commissioned, £90,000 pizza wagon – the first of its kind in the UK – will spend the summer travelling to concerts and outdoor events across Scotland, giving thousands of people the chance to enjoy fresh, log-fired pizza.

The PR videos for La Favorita and Vittoria can be viewed at the Holyrood Partnership PR video gallery, or can be viewed in the “galleries” section of the dedicated media centre for the restaurants.
