However, his early career was spent as an award winning journalist and he went on to hold senior posts at newspapers, including the Daily Record.

In a career spanning more than 20 years, Raymond has operated as a PR professional with some of the biggest names in business and as a journalist with the most respected newspapers. He co-founded Holyrood Partnership in 2002 after a two-year spell as an Account Director with a national PR firm. Before that he held several influential posts in Scottish newspapers, including The Scotsman, Daily Record and Edinburgh Evening News. He was Scottish Journalist of the Year in 1992.

Before joining Holyrood Partnership in 2008, Adrian was an award-winning journalist with extensive experience. He was a feature writer and news reporter with the Edinburgh Evening News, covering high-profile events inlcuding the G8 Summit and the introduction of the smoking ban. He was a member of the team which won the Newspaper of the Year prize in 2006 and was named Best Regional Journalist in 2007 for a series of articles.

Laura joined Holyrood Partnership after a successful career as a showbusiness reporter with the Daily Record's Razz column, covering celebrity news across Scotland. Previously she worked for a Scottish PR agency, servicing accounts for varied clients including a legal firm, a music festival and a health and beauty website. A product of the Journalism Degree course at Napier University, Laura has written human interest stories for national magazines and newspapers.

Kirsty earned her PR spurs in one of Scotland’s most exciting, fast-moving and demanding media environments – the Edinburgh Festival Fringe press office. Before that she gained extensive journalistic experience working for publications, including the Sunday Herald, the Big Issue and the Evening Express in Aberdeen. She graduated with distinction from the Centre for Journalism Studies and in 2009 was a finalist in the Guardian International Development Journalism competition.

She earned here stripes working for five years as an office supervisor with respected legal firm, Semple Fraser.
