Scotland vs Italy Water War Keeps Bringing New Scottish PR Success to Vittoria

Vittoria press coverage highlighted by Holyrood Partnership PR in ScotlandEdinburgh's favourite Italian restaurant Vittoria has been celebrating another high profile piece of media coverage thanks to its innovative water poll.

The Evening News reported how Italian students had voted in favour of the restaurant keeping Italian bottled water on the menu, rather than replacing it with Scottish tap water.

The poll was set up by owner Tony Crolla, who is giving customers the chance to decide whether Italian Aqua Panna water should be scrapped from the menus in Vittoria's restaurants on George IV Bridge and Leith Walk. So far, hundreds of people have voted in an online poll, with Scottish tap water emerging as the clear favourite among diners.

The full coverage appeared in the Evening News and was the result of a media and PR strategy organised by Edinburgh public relations agency Holyrood Partnership.
