New Scottish PR as Warners Offers Over Quotes Make First Time Buyer Blog

Edinburgh's leading property solicitor Warners has received another high profile piece of coverage in a respected property blog for first-time buyers.

My First Home, which collates news and opinions about the UK property market, reported on Warners latest analysis about the offers over system in Scotland.

Estate agency partner Scott Brown said that he did not evisage the offers over system returning to its pre-peak levels. He added that Home Report valuations meant that the days of paying 30% premiums on offers over properties were now over.
