Customer Service Scores Scottish PR For Fraser Suites Edinburgh

Boutique hotel Fraser Suites Edinburgh was covered in a city newspaper after staff provided outstanding customer service for one of their guests.

The Edinburgh Evening News told how business man Hafiz Hamzah returned to Aberdeen from Edinburgh on the train only to find that he had left his car keys behind.

The article went on to explain how hotel staff saved the dad £250 on changing his locks by couriering his keys straight to him.
